T&c's bOOking policy & memberships
Please take time to read our T&C's with regards to our booking policy, class rescheduling, cancellations and memberships. Understanding and adhering to our structure helps us to continue to provide an amazing experience for all our member.
Group Training
Group training bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before your class is due to run.
Classes can be cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled start time and will be credited back to your account.
Cancelations outside this window will not be credited to your account and the session lost.
At times when The Uniit is especially busy with a high number of members on a waitlist members are requested to take part in one class only in a 24 hour period.
In order to be notified of class availability when on a waitlist, you must reserve your place using our app (available to download via the homepage). Once a space becomes available, our app contacts the person at the top of the list, you then have 1 hour to claim your space before its offered to the next person.
If a member has booked on more than one class in a 24 hour period and there are other members on a waiting list they will be asked to reduce their bookings to a single class.
Memberships & packages
Group training 10 packs are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and will expire thereafter with outstanding sessions lost. Packages can't be transferred to other users or members.
Group training memberships are subject to 3 month minimum term, memberships can be cancelled after this period. Your membership will auto renew unless cancelled via request following your initial 3 month term.
Memberships can be upgraded at any time by the customer, unless cancelled by The Uniit both memberships will be active. Its the responsibility of the customer to notify The Uniit of the upgrade so the original subscription can be cancelled.
Any remaining classes on your account at the time of auto renewal each month will not be carried over, your balance will reset to the monthly membership allowance.
