Gym Class

POWER

Full Body Strength-In this dynamic workout you’ll work at your own pace focusing on strength, balance and co- ordination. Be guided through a variety of exercises that challenge & encourage you. Whether you’re just starting out, wanting to continue to increase muscle or simply enjoy a supportive, small but motivating group workout this is the class!

SWEAT & SHRED

Cardio And Strength- This workout has a mix of steady state cardio and strength components designed to keep you in your fat burning zone whilst working with weights and kettlebells for a full body workout

BURN & BUILD

Cardio And Strength- This workout focuses on short bursts of cardio with strength components to give you a full body workout. Working with a variety of weights/ high volume this workout will leave you have worked every part of your body!

STRONG LOWER

Legs And Glutes-Lower Strength class is designed to strengthen your legs, glutes and lower back as well as improving joint strength and overall stability. With both high and low weights and rep ranges this class focuses on building muscle along side improving strength through targeted exercises and functional movements.

Gym Workout

STRONG UPPER

Upper Body Strength- This upper strength class works to increase overall strength and muscle gain for the chest, back and arms. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class combines resistance training and functional movements to build muscle and improve overall posture.

Intense Workout

LIFT IT

Full Body Strength- Lift It is designed to help you build strength throughout the whole body with progressive overload at a slow, controlled pace. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, our trainers will guide you through a variety of exercises that progressively challenge you, ensuring continuous improvement as well as increasing self confidence to push yourself to new limits.

Kettlebell Workout

TORCH IT

HIIT workout- A full body cardio and core workout with no equipment to ensure a cardio workout like no other. Adjusted for all abilities, this energetic class allows you to get your heart rate up and sweat it out at your own pace. An absolute favourite!

CrossFit Class

BODY BURNOUT

Full boy circuit training- can’t decide which class to do? This is the one for you.

This class includes a range of exercises designed to keep you engaged, on your toes whilst encouraging you support others whilst you work around the circuit. This class changes weekly to give you a new challenge every time you come!

Llifting Weights

SCULPT IT

Legs And Glutes- This class is perfect for a full leg workout, designed for the “gym workout feel” the trainers will put you through your paces working with drop-sets, super sets and giant sets to ensure your legs and glutes feel the burn!

Weights at Gym

COMPOUNDS

If you’ve never done a back squat, conventional or sumo deadlift but always wanted to, this class is not to be missed. Our fully qualified instructors will take you through a selection of compounds and different variation of full body lifts for you to work through and practice at your own pace with your own squat rack and weights.

Working within a small group that will encourage you to have the confidence to try something new or increase your weight on your personal best! 

(note- this class will take place on the last Friday of every month and is not included in the membership packages. This class is priced separately, please speak to staff or further details)
